Spent services
Coins used for delivered readings, follow-up replies, and clarifying spreads are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.
If a service fails technically before delivery, the site may restore balance or manually correct the issue.
Unused balance
Unused purchased balance may be reviewed case by case, at the site owner’s discretion, unless local law requires a different result.
Promotional, bonus, or manually granted coins may be modified or revoked at any time.
Chargebacks and abuse
Abusive refund requests, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to exploit the service may lead to account restriction or closure.
